Welcome to Politeia!

Politeia is a project engaging Political Science students to raise their voice about issues barely echoed in the media. We are a platform built on diversity and uniqueness. Each article is a different point of view and a specific contribution to a respectful political debate. Our team gathers young people of various backgrounds, distinct opinions, but all with incredible passion for contemporary politics. This is what makes our platform one-of-a-kind, and this is what makes Politeia - a place where every voice matters, and every opinion counts.

Agata Zagożdżon

I am 22 years old and I come from Poland. I often have too many thoughts at once, so writing allows me to release them from my mind onto a paper. Moreover, it can be easily combined with my other interests (maybe except for Bachata-dancing) and done from any place on the globe (I am still dreaming of this round-the-world trip).

Privately, I am a great fan of Lady Pank's music and Andrzej Wajda's movies.

Piotr Jaworski

I'm Piotr, a 21-years old from Poland, studying Law and Political Science. I am fascinated by everything that stands at the intersection of law and politics, in particular migration and European integration matters.

In my free time, I love playing video games, watching motorsport (proud and often disappointed Williams fan), and enjoying quality craft beer.

Diana Yosifova

I’m Diana, a third-year Political Science student currently pursuing a minor in History. I’m passionate about university life as a whole and enjoy being actively involved in it. I’m a member of the student party ChangeVU and also serve on the board of Politeia, where I focus on improving my writing skills and expanding this amazing platform to reach and inspire more students.

Nalani Alhamad

I’m Nalani, I’m 19 years old and I was born and raised in the Netherlands. So far in my bachelor’s in political science, I’ve enjoyed learning about social inequalities, and voter behaviour. I’ve always been interested in politics from a pretty young age. From age 10 I’ve done things like raising awareness for Syrian refugees, as well as joining protests like Kick Out Zwarte Piet, as well as participating in fundraising for WNF.
